Born 1952 in Chiba

Graduated Chuo University, received LLB in 1975. Received brokerage and junior appraiser license in a real estate department of Japanese trust bank. Has been in charge of real estate structuring finance including its ¥40 billion securitization and $80 million global real estate investment in one of the biggest US banks for 20 years. Established WEEZ in 2004 as CEO. To enhance the business mutually, established WIL as the representative director and president in 2006.

Masao Ono

Born 1965 in Tokyo

Graduated Keio University, received LLB in 1988. After the experience in one of the biggest real estate companies in Japan, receiving brokerage and consultant license, has been in charge of US real estate investments advisory service in a trust bank owned by one of the biggest commercial banks in US. Joined WEEZ in 2005 as Managing Director, and established WIL as a Director and vice president in 2006.
